Our Heritage
A family-run business park established for over 20 years
How it all started
Eckland Lodge Business Park and farming estate is a family-run business owned by Stuart and Daniel Howes. The Howes family have lived and farmed near Desborough, Northamptonshire, for three generations and their current arable interests amount to 320 acres.

Daniel Howes
Stuart's son, Daniel, joined the farming partnership in 1991. With a background in construction, Daniel could see opportunities to diversify the business interests towards a combination of arable and business units to let, which has successfully progressed over the past twenty years. This diversification has enabled Daniel to work with and use local companies, suppliers and people.
Eckland Lodge Business Park
In what was one of the first projects of its kind, the partnership started to redevelop traditional farm buildings into units suitable for both start-up and established businesses. This side of the business has successfully expanded and now consists of 21 office units and 11 factory units, with the new Lincoln Building development offering additional accommodation available now.
